PraxisAI is an early-access training simulator for trainee therapists and psychologists, operated by ThinkShift Consult. This policy explains what we collect when you join our early-access list and how we use it.
What we collect
When you join the early-access list, we collect your first name and email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your profession and organization. We also record whether you gave marketing consent and the date you gave it.
How we use it
We use your details only to contact you about PraxisAI early access and, if you opted in, to send occasional product updates. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis
We contact you about your early-access request on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the marketing opt-in box. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. You can also ask us to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
Data retention
We keep your details only for as long as we are running the early-access programme, or until you ask us to delete them.
